Shipping Policy

Orders ship from the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address mistake, email support@bone.shop immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs, high order volume, or other events outside our control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been shipped.

If tracking shows an order was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the carrier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but you can contact us at support@bone.shop and we will do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@bone.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

International shipping availability, if offered, will be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions. These are the customer's responsibility.
